For temporary closure, Night Caps guard against water, mud, rocks, skids, bottles, cans, animals and other accumulation found in both new and old pipelines.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY TO INSTALL
Because Foreman Night Caps are made of lightweight metal, one man can install a 30 inch model without assistance. A few turns of a single belt forces disc plates together, pressing a rubber gasket against pipe walls as a barrier to unwanted items. Night caps, however, are not pressure-holding devices.

NIGHT CAPS TYPE II

For temporary closure of larger pipes, night caps are available in 46 to 62 inch sizes. Each Type II night cap consists of two lightweight metal discs, a tough neoprene rubber gasket and a vent outlet. The unit also has a set of 1/2 inch bolts for tightening and handles for easy installation.
