Hypochlorite On-Site Generation Systems

MIOX on-site hypochlorite generators produce a 0.8% hypochlorite solution for water disinfection that eliminates te need for bulk chemicals, including gas and sodium hypochlorite. Only salt and power are used to generate the desired chlorine residual while improving overall safety. Users no longer have to worry about liability, Hazmat training, or Risk Management Plans. On-site generation is the safest chlorine alterntive, is easy to maintain, and often presents a return on investment within a few years. Transport requirements versus bulk hypochlorite are reduced by up to 80%, resulting in decreased carbon emissions.

Small HYPO Series
Appropriate for smaller water supplies or well sites. Includes automated control unit, power supply, and converter for AC operation. 220 VAC, 50/60 cycle power standard. 110 VAC also available for HYPO-10.

Corrusion-resistant HDPE cabinets. Expandable capacity within the same cabinet. Can be configured with multiple cell modules for redundancy. Allen Bradley controls. Remote monitoring and SCADA interface. Integrated hydrogen dilution air system for improved safety at lower cost.

Expandable capacity 5x greater than minimum within the same cabinet.

RIO GRANDE SERIES
Power-coated aluminum cabinets for harsh environments and safe operation. For maximum flexibility, electrolytic cells can be converted to produce hypochlorite or mixed oxidants. Allen Bradley controls. Remote monitoring and SCADA interface.
