  • High degree of functionality and long operating life: low maintenance and precision hydraulic controller. Durable diaphragm and long term metering accuracy.
  • High degree of reliability: bypass valve in te hydraulic end protects against overload. Multi-layer diaphragm with diaphragm rupture signaling fitted as standard - prevents metering chemicals mixing with hydraulic oil.
  • Higher pressure range: Hydro/2 and Hydro/3 now offer ProMinent® pump reality in the pressure range up to 64 bar. Precision metering for every process.

UNDER PRESSURE
Choose between two capacity classes.

(1) Hydro/2: 15.3 gph at 362 psig or 5.5 gph at 928 psig.
(2) Hydro/3: 38 gph at 362 psig or 15.3 gph at 928 psig.

Their broad capacity ranges and safety features make Hydro the first choice for chemical and petrochemical industry processes, and for many other industrial production systems where safety is the deciding factor.

The Hydro is a far safer pump than mechanical alternatives.

Hydro metering pumps can be fitted with PVDF liquid ends for metering highly corrosive chemicals in the pressure range up to 16 bar.

Note: Motors are not included. The Hydro/2 requires 3/4 HP (single or 3-phase) motor; the Hydro/3 requires a 1 HP (3-phase) or 1-1/2 HP (single phase) motor. NEMA 56C flange is standard.
